QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
A little more clarity.
Practical answers, honest boundaries, and no guesswork about what comes next.
Can I download CENTER?
CENTER is still in development. There is no public download or open beta signup on this site. A private beta is the intended next step; access and timing have not been announced.
Which platform is it built for?
Windows is the current focus. Other operating systems and portable-drive workflows are future directions, not announced supported capabilities.
What is the current development status?
The latest supplied report, dated October 19, 2026, identifies 0.9.5 as released and 0.9.6 as in development and QA. These are reported development releases, not a public availability announcement or independent certification.
Are the screenshots from the real app?
Yes. They were supplied from working CENTER development builds and may differ from a future release. Select any product screenshot to inspect it at a larger size.
Does the web demonstration run real code?
No. The Workspace page uses a fixed, browser-local simulation of a successful build and a missing-semicolon error. It does not compile, execute, upload, or inspect your code, or connect to hardware.
How should I read the roadmap labels?
Reported present reflects supplied product context, not independent testing. In development means implementation or qualification is underway. Planned is an established direction with no delivery date. Aspirational is a longer-term ambition. Proposed is an idea still for consideration.
Does CENTER require AI?
No. Reported Claude or ChatGPT assistance is optional and off by default. CENTER does not send to an AI provider on its own.
What syncs, and what stays local?
Supported Archive materials sync while CENTER is open. Files above 50 MB remain local. That does not imply automatic project sync or universal portability. Current local files are unencrypted; future vault and encryption features remain aspirations.
What embedded hardware is supported?
The reported workflow focuses on MSP430FR2355 and its supported LaunchPad setup, including a one-time driver step. This does not establish broad device support or independent qualification of every configuration.
What will CENTER cost?
No public pricing is announced here. There is no paid plan or checkout on this site.
When will the beta or public release arrive?
1.0 is intended as a private beta, with a wider public release a future goal. Dates are not committed. Testing and readiness determine the next step.
Who is building it?
Michael “Morrow” Morrow, a student of theoretical mathematics and mechatronics engineering. The About page tells the story; Community has all the ways to connect.
